I made a simple cake for Nicole's 2nd birthday, but she certainly didn't seem to mind. We celebrated it as a family, just the 3 and a 1/2 of us (Luc, me, Nicole and our unborn baby). It was a vegan cake using tofu instead of eggs and a tofu frosting. It tasted really good, but it didn't hold up well, it was sort of cheesecake-ish. I simply decorated it with marachino cherries and red cake decorators gel. |
